Captain American Shield (government Student Save for Madisonian Model)
Must have a Constitutional Passage on the front of the Shield
A passage from the Constitution
A passage from a Supreme Court Decision
A passage from the Federalist Paper
The passage must be cited
Must be made in America – By your hands
No smaller than 20” x 20”
Must be sturdy construction.
You must find a way to attach to arm for easy wearing
Must wear all day -- defending against the foes of the constitution (all people)
